Processing time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days before shipping.
Shipping time by supplier origin
Because Luminosa works with a curated network of independent suppliers located around the world, shipping times vary depending on which supplier fulfills your specific item:
- From Canada & USA: 4-10 business days
- From Italy: 10-20 business days
- From Australia: 10-20 business days
- From India: 12-25 business days
- From China: 12-30 business days
If your order includes items from multiple suppliers, they may arrive in separate packages at different times. This is normal and doesn't mean anything went wrong with your order.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24-48 hours after shipment for tracking numbers to activate.
Customs & duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties upon arrival, these are determined by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the customer.
Delays
While we work with reliable suppliers, delays can occasionally happen due to customs processing, weather, or high order volume. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, contact us at contact@luminosa.com and we'll look into it.
Shipping costs
We offer free shipping on all orders over $40 CAD. Orders under $40 CAD are charged a flat shipping rate of $5.99 CAD.
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
